brand identity

an identity that had to survive being built at the size of a lawn.

most identities are proofed at the size of a business card and then quietly fail everywhere else. this one had to be made physical at the scale of a garden, which is where a mark either has real form or turns out to have been a drawing all along.

so it was designed as an object first and flattened afterwards. the silhouette holds from across a lawn, in daylight, from any angle somebody happens to walk up from.

discipline: brand identity

what it is: sculptural installation

built for: daylight, at real scale
